"Axel provided a 5 1/2 hour workshop on team building for our school staff. This is a group of staff that have never had professional development or team building training. In addition some of the teachers are Deaf so he was navigating training with multiple languages and cultural considerations. Axel was prepared, flexible, used multiple ways to train, and he combined teaching new ideas with hands on activities.
